To all Vendors:
We are pleased to announce The First Annual Orange
County Horse Council Horse Show and Expo 2008.
Sunday, October 26, 2008 at the
The event will be 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on Sunday. The horse show will benefit the Orange County
Horse Council of NY. The show will start
at 8:00 am on the same grounds.
This event will give each vendor the opportunity to
promote their products or
services. A great, not-to-be-missed opportunity for
you to let the public know about your company and merchandise.
The vendor fee for the day is $25 for all Vendors –
Youth Organizations are Free.
In order to maintain our low fees, we ask that you to
bring your own tables, chairs and pop-up tents. You are welcome to bring
decorations, signs and other promotional materials.
Vendor checklist:
______ Set up Sunday before 8:00 AM
______ Booth fee of $25 deposit due by September 1,
2008 with the Vendor Info.
______ Requesting electric (we will do our best,
please bring and label your extension cords)
